Dimec and Tratnik arriving, Bolčina leaving Krka

Krka continues to renovate its senior team fort he forthcoming season. This time they signed two domestic players, Žiga Dimec and Igor Tratnik. Tomaž Bolčina is leaving the club.

The 22 year old and 211 cm tall center Žiga Dimec was one of the key players of Rogaška last season in Slovenian national championship. He was averaging 12.5 points and 5.4 rebounds per game and earned himself an invitation by senior national team head coach Jure Zdovc to the preparations ahead of this year's EuroBasket. Žiga started his basketball career in Zlatorog, where he played until the last season, when he signed with Rogaška. He was a member of all younger categories of Slovenia national team. 

26 year old and 207 cm tall power forward Igor Tratnik started his career in Grosuplje, from where he headed to Helios and afterwards to Iceland, where he won the national championship trophy with KFI in 2010. He returned to Slovenia ahead of the 2012/13 season, when he signed with his hometown club of Grosuplje and afrerwards he was a member of Splošna plovba Portorož for one season. Last season he wasone of the best players of Zlatorog, for which he averaged 11.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1 assist per game.

After three years, Tomaž Bolčina is leaving Novo mesto, after agreeing to part ways with the club on mutual consent. Tomaž claimed to national championship and one national club trophy with Krka.
